• We have the best Drivers/Guides – All our drivers are also your guide for the day and must complete a six week training and certification program before they drive their first client. Updated training and certification programs happen every six months. No other company has such a detailed training program for drivers/guides.
• Average tenure of our drivers is over 10 years. Our drivers are passionate about wine country and spend their time researching local wineries, what is new and what is hot.
• Drivers /Guides are dressed in black suits.
• Customer Service departments offers customers concierge services as well expert advise on the inside scoop on what to see and where to go in Northern California.

• Dispatch Department operates 24/7 and we stay in constant contact with our drivers via radio communications and GPS tracking.
• CWT operates our own vehicle maintenance department to assure vehicles are always in top performance. Detailing Department operates round the clock to clean and prepare vehicles for the next reservation.
• DMV Pull Program – After Drivers pass their pre-employment drug test, they are then randomly selected by DMV for on-going drug tests. This program also requires annual medical exams, updates on licenses and certifications and notifies us immediately of any traffic violations.
